Service scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and other project-specific arrangements may be confirmed separately between the client and WellWed Planners.

4. Enquiries and Consultations

Information submitted through our enquiry or consultation forms should be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contractual relationship or guarantee availability of our services. A booking or engagement will only be confirmed after the relevant arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.

5. Bookings, Fees and Payments

Where applicable, service fees, booking amounts, deposits, payment schedules, and other financial terms will be communicated to the client before the relevant services are confirmed.

A booking may be considered confirmed only after the required payment and other agreed requirements have been completed.

Additional costs relating to venues, vendors, materials, travel, accommodation, special requests, or third-party services may apply where relevant and will be communicated as appropriate.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely decisions, providing required approvals, and communicating relevant requirements necessary for successful planning and execution of an event.

  • Providing accurate event and personal information
  • Responding to requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes
  • Making agreed payments on time
  • Informing us promptly about changes to event requirements
  • Providing access or information required for agreed planning work

7. Third-Party Vendors and Services

Wedding and event planning may involve third-party vendors, venues, photographers, decorators, caterers, entertainers, transportation providers, and other independent service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and service conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with vendors involved in your event, but we cannot guarantee the performance, availability, quality, or conduct of an independent third-party provider.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or significant changes to an event may affect planning timelines, availability, vendor bookings, and applicable fees.

Any cancellation or change will be handled according to the specific arrangements agreed with the client. Third-party cancellation or refund policies may also apply where relevant.

9. Changes to Event Requirements

Wedding plans can change due to guest numbers, venue requirements, weather, availability, design preferences, schedules, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate agreed changes. However, changes made close to the event date may affect availability, timelines, costs, or the feasibility of certain arrangements.
